Shipping Policy for E & E Beauty Factory

At E & E Beauty Factory, we are committed to ensuring that your products are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our Shipping Policy for information on how we handle shipping, delivery, and related inquiries.

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all product orders within the United States. We will choose the best available carrier for your delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery will take between 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your package is deemed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. International Shipping (if applicable)

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
