Refund Policy for E & E Beauty Factory

At E & E Beauty Factory, we strive to provide exceptional services and products to our customers. Please review our Refund Policy below to understand how we handle refunds for appointments and product purchases.

1. Appointment Refunds

  • No Refunds for Services: We do not offer refunds for salon services once the appointment has been completed.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

2. Product Refunds

  • Returns for Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

  • Non-Defective Products: We do not offer refunds for non-defective products once they have been purchased. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
